Ester Peony

Ester Peony is a Romanian singer and songwriter. Her passion for music has emerged since childhood when she lived with her family in Montreal, Canada.
In the year 2014, Ester has become remarkable in the online environment by recording cover songs with resounding success, which eventually led to a deal with a record label in Romania.
Later, in 2019, one of these cover songs led to a remix version by HIDDN & RudeLies featuring Ester’s vocals.
In 2015, Ester Peony first debuted on radio and TV with the song "Sub Aripa Ta (feat. Vescan). The song enjoyed great success, peaking weeks in a row on radio charts. In the summer of the same year, Ester started to perform concerts both solo and on a national tour with Puya, Vescan, Doddy, and Anastasia.
In 2018 she releases the first EP "Dig It," where Ester is one of the main composers.
Also, in 2018, Ester writes "On a Sunday" with whom she entered and wins the National Selection for Eurovision Song Contest 2019 and represented Romania in Tel Aviv.
2020 came with a lot of time to spend in the studio, and with a big step into major collaborations both as an Author and Artist with big names in Romanian Music Industry, like Irina Rimes, Raluka, Gipsy Casual, Sasha Lopez, Misha Miller. These collaborations led to releases or waiting to be released music.
Currently, Ester is gaining more and more reputation among authors and as an Artist she is finishing her first Romanian album, to be released this year.
