ETHEReal String Orchestra

The <a href="spotify:artist:51kSxMu6wCjKwpoSbVgBpW" data-name="ETHEReal String Orchestra">ETHEReal String Orchestra</a> started as two video game music enthusiasts with a passion to record live arrangements from their favorite games. Starting with their debut album in 2015, <a href="spotify:album:6AVZW5wH5ocvd9vpMWAnZ0" data-name="The ETHEReal String Project">The ETHEReal String Project</a>, was done in collaboration with arranger <a href="spotify:artist:5OnSsTZYZgoL0bJfa8YtNm" data-name="Josh Barron">Josh Barron</a> and focused on the music of various Japanese RPGs ( such as Final Fantasy and Heroes of Mana), as well as some games from the West including Halo, Mirror&#39;s Edge, Mass Effect, and Metal Gear Solid. The first album was well received and through a series of community albums, the ETHEReal String Orchestra became in high demand working with not only <a href="spotify:artist:5OnSsTZYZgoL0bJfa8YtNm" data-name="Josh Barron">Josh Barron</a>, but also <a href="spotify:artist:1uca08INg3Te4jR7g1khYN" data-name="ROZEN">ROZEN</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:6DGLXvs8Y2RO8VfdOpFLml" data-name="David Peacock">David Peacock</a>. In 2021, <a href="spotify:artist:51kSxMu6wCjKwpoSbVgBpW" data-name="ETHEReal String Orchestra">ETHEReal String Orchestra</a> once again collaborated with <a href="spotify:artist:5OnSsTZYZgoL0bJfa8YtNm" data-name="Josh Barron">Josh Barron</a> for a new album titled <a href="spotify:album:2VIfklRBRMXweqQrhpqGOq" data-name="KALEIDOSCOPE: Sakimoto and Hamauzu Works">KALEIDOSCOPE: Sakimoto and Hamauzu Works</a>. This album featured music never before recorded by live musicians and brought in pianist virtuosos <a href="spotify:artist:1VsZbYohHMAA3JiclOf4tt" data-name="Benyamin Nuss">Benyamin Nuss</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:08zCYcpiofU9ZZNgHIjWFY" data-name="Joe Zieja">Joe Zieja</a>. Following their successful release, ETHEReal String Orchestra collaborated with <a href="spotify:artist:6DGLXvs8Y2RO8VfdOpFLml" data-name="David Peacock">David Peacock</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:1uca08INg3Te4jR7g1khYN" data-name="ROZEN">ROZEN</a> on <a href="spotify:album:3FbXPLLuANk4XvIQYGqDVv" data-name="Flower Garden: A Super Mario EP">Flower Garden: A Super Mario EP</a> in 2023 as well as <a href="spotify:album:5wYaV5nSgDwHDszppNfmpV" data-name="Final Fantasy Viola Collections: Volume 1">Final Fantasy Viola Collections: Volume 1</a> in collaboration with <a href="spotify:artist:4HxUIr8L9jpYJpNqpFqUrt" data-name="Lucas Guimaraes">Lucas Guimaraes</a>. The ETHEReal String Orchestra continues to record new music, adding to their prolific portfolio.
