Rooted in a deep appreciation for jazz and R&B, ETHN layers elements of funk, rock, and hip-hop to create a sound that feels both timeless and experimental. Inspired by Tyler, The Creator, Frank Ocean, Steve Lacy, Daniel Caesar, Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Herbie Hancock, and Pink Floyd, his music values groove, emotion, and intention, where improvisation meets storytelling and feeling matters more than perfection.

At its core, ETHN’s music is an invitation. It points toward the possibility that love has a source, that truth isn’t relative, and that broken people are still pursued by grace. Whether you believe in God, doubt Him, or think He isn’t there at all, these songs leave space to consider this: if meaning isn’t random, maybe your life isn’t either.

In Ecclesiastes 3:11, it says, “Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end.” That quiet pull toward meaning, love, and something beyond yourself isn’t accidental. Maybe the questions aren’t the problem—maybe they’re the invitation…
