Eugene Tooms is a three piece stoner rock band from Budapest, Hungary. Formed in late 2017, the trio spent 2018 writing their first songs.
Combining the influences of Clutch, Down, Wo Fat, and all the bands with hairy faces, the band strives to create a unique sound of their own, balancing between feel-good and hard hitting riffing, and occasional psychedelia.
Their debut EP ‘The Whole Nine Yards’ was recorded, mixed and mastered by Péter Sohajda in Egerszalók over the summer of 2019. With the band playing together in one room, without clicks, Eugene Tooms aims to bring a live feeling and sound to their music. The six songs have been released on 23rd August, 2019.
