If you drive down the 403 long enough, you’ll see most of the places where Ever Elsewhere grew up. Raised by the southern Ontario musical landscape of the mid 2000s, the band’s irresistible vocal hooks, punchy guitars, and powerful rhythm section call back to the golden days of post hardcore and pop punk while offering a refreshingly modern spin on the sound. Featuring Brenan Clarke on vocals, Henry Dowling on guitar, Mike Bielawski on guitar and vocals, James Clarke on bass, and Eleanor Grace on drums and vocals, most of the band’s members have been playing music together in some combination since high school. And what you hear behind their songs isn’t just musical chemistry — it’s friendship.

Ever Elsewhere have steadily built a name for themselves in a southern Ontario music community that’s as vibrant now as it was when the band’s members were growing up. After bursting onto the scene with their self-titled debut EP in early 2018, the band played the Toronto date of Warped Tour that summer and released the followup EP The Homes We've Known featuring the modest hit “Momentary.” What started out as a casual songwriting project between a couple of friends has expanded into a genuinely exciting musical moment.
