The beginnings of Evil Impulse are located at the city of Ciudad Real in the summer
of 2012.
Release their first EP Flames from the Ground (2013), a work that shows a band with
a strong character and an excessive aggressiveness, channeled and materialized
through a high-quality Thrash / Groove sound.
Evil Impulse return with their first full-length album Who's Gonna Kill Who in 2014 . The album features
important collaborations such as Canadian guitarist Jed Simon (Strapping Young
Lad, Zimmer's Hole).
After this intense trajectory, Evil Impulse return to the studio to record their second
LP album The Unbroken Ritual, recorded in October 2017
This second album is based on
the basic pillars of their characteristic sound, but adding new textures and nuances.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the group begins composing what will be their fourth
work "The Brotherhood" . For the production, they count on the experience
of Alb Bandino at the Cut Fire mixing Studios in Sardinia (Italy), thus achieving a
devastating and modernized sound.
In December of 2023, the band immersed themselves in the recording of their fifth
studio album. For production,
the band once again relied on the experience of Alb Bandino at the Cut Fire Mixing
studios in Sardinia. In March 2024, two previews of the new album, "The Culture of
Ephemeral" and "Wasted Life," were released. These two new tracks represent a
clear statement of intent from the band.
