Evil Tongues has developed a gritty cinematic 80s inspired sound that aims to captivate listeners with soaring anthemic melodies and raw personal lyrics. If everything falls apart, would there be anyone there to catch you? Their new single 'Catch Me' explores this conversation that Jen had with herself. The duo recorded with platinum certified producer/engineer Nygel Asselin at NYG Studios in Vancouver. They took full advantage of the array of vintage synthesizers available to them to lock in the analog sounds of the 80s that would define Evil Tongues. ‘Catch Me’ was mixed by Juno award winning engineer Kevin Dietz in Toronto and mastered by Grammy award winning Emily Lazar and Chris Allgood at The Lodge Mastering in NYC.
