EVILDEAD is a Los Angeles–based thrash metal band formed in 1987 and a cornerstone of the genre’s underground. Known for their blistering speed and socially charged lyrics fused with themes of horror and nuclear war, the band released the cult-classic Annihilation of Civilization (1989) and The Underworld (1991) on SPV/Steamhammer Records. After reuniting, EVILDEAD returned with United States of Anarchy (2020), followed by their recent full length album; Toxic Grace in May 2024. With a European tour behind them, including live appearances at Wacken Open Air (Germany), and Brutal Assault (CZ); the band is gearing up for more live shows in 2026 and exploring the release of new music in the near future.
