Exotic Fruit Tour

Psychedelic-Funk outfit Exotic Fruit Tour emerged in 2021 from a vibrant musical scene in sunny San Diego, California with its members hailing from Southern California and beyond. After meeting at San Diego State University, this collective of individuals found themselves to be an unstoppable creative force. Led by the ecstatic energy and soulful vocals of Not Jackson Shaffer, EFT is known for their powerful and awe-inspiring live shows. The powerful and funky rhythm section consisting of Luke “Shreds” Glass (guitar), Asher “Bender” Rowland (bass), and Paul “Animal” Rosette (drums, vocals) has proven to showcase a consistent performance in the studio and on stage.

EFT’s plan is to push musical boundaries and continually explore what can be possible with our lineup of musicians. While no genres tend to get left out in creating our music, the band’s overall sound blends deep funk, odd time signatures, and soulful rock to create unique yet tasteful grooves. The self-titled album released in December 2023 features a wide variety of sounds and talented guests from around the San Diego music scene. Thank you so much for listening to our music.
