The transition from virtual DJing to mastering the CDJs, beginning with the Pioneer CDJ 100s, marked a pivotal evolution in his career. Exotic MusiQ's dedication and passion led him to co-found the celebrated Amapiano trio, Expensive Souls, alongside Unlimited Soul and Papa John. However, following the departure of Expensive Souls, Tyrique took a well-deserved break from the music scene for four years. His return in 2024 signified a rebirth of his musical journey, coming back with renewed vigor and a fresh perspective.
