Ezgi Köroğlu is a Trabzon-born Turkish singer, composer and songwriter living in Amsterdam. The artist who likes being independent of space and time, lived in Istanbul, Milan and Florence before.
She has aroused interest with her alternative stance and different improvisations in her interpretation that she formed by blending modern and ethnic style in her stage performances at prestigious concert halls with reART Enseble in the Netherlands. She attracted more attention with her Tribute to Sezen Aksu concert performance at the Amsterdam Royal Concert Hall Concertgebouw on December 1st,2019.
After this success, she performed her second concert on September 29th,2020 at Paradiso in Amsterdam, considered as the temple of pop music where legendary stars such as Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones and Madonna took the stage. In 2021-2022 season, she will be performing Tribute to Sezen Aksu tour including the Netherlands and different cities of Europe.
Apart from solo concerts, she will continue to sing in Turkish, Pontic Greek, Laz, Greek, Italian and English languages in different performances organized by various orchestras and bands in the Netherlands.
Ezgi released her first single “Geri Dönemem” that is one of the seven songs written and composed by herself; arranged and produced by Genco Ari.
She will go on releasing her songs as a single which have a brand new music style that she added ethnic and electronic sounds to the contemporary and alternative dance pop.
