Faceblind

As Costa Rica's electronic music scene just began to blossom, a new duo named Faceblind hit the scene and were at the forefront of the movement bringing their own funky techno and tech house beats to the dance floor while firing up Costa Rican crowds.

Faceblind, comprised of DJs Will Umaña and Ces Castro, have carved out a niche thanks to their original sound and outrageous, fun-loving attitude.

Will and Ces have played for Central America's most iconic Club Vertigo since they started performing. They'd had the honor of being part of lineups that include artists like Sasha, Fatboy Slim, Fur Coat, Dubfire, Carlo Lio, Sidney Charles, Rafa Barrios, Tini and iconic club parties such as Guy Gerber's.

In 2014, the duo was given the opportunity to build their own signature party at Club Vertigo. Nocturnal was born! Soon the party brought together an eclectic crowd visited by artists, clubbers and a new generation of electronic music lovers. The mantra for their party--"Hasta el Amanecer" (Until Dawn)--has rung true on every occasion and has earned the party a reputation that keeps party-goers dancing until 9am.

Their groovy and hypnotic sounds have opened up doors for them to play at international festivals like Envision, Desert Hearts Festival, Ocaso, and make their own stage with Nocturnal at the last edition of Life In Color Costa Rica 2018.
