Formed in the picturesque and remote village of Lappfors (Ostrobothnia, Finland) 15 years ago (ish), Failed Citizenz (yes with two "z"... just because...) "exploded" onto the metal scene. After melting faces, shredding stages (at least one), and causing potentially minor structural damage to local venues (at least one), we took a brief hiatus... You know, just a casual 10-year break — to recharge, grow beards, or remember how guitars work.
But now we’re back. Louder, older, and fueled by equal parts nostalgia and lower back pain.
Reforged in the fires of midlife crisis and caffeine, Failed Citizenz is alive with new riffs, new rage (kind rage only), and the same complete disregard for volume limits. We're here to prove that metal never dies—it just occasionally oversleeps.
