Faith Squared Music is a collaboration between Alison (a woman with decades of experience on stage and an inspiring story to tell) & Sid (her tech-savvy, musically talented husband). After recovering from PTSD and dozens of debilitating symptoms using self-directed neuroplasticity, Alison has been driven to find creative ways to help others along their paths to joy & health.
Though a number of skilled musicians are sharing marvelous songs calculated to calm agitated nervous systems, Faith Squared may be the first to do so with such a broad variety of popular musical styles, with lyrics meant to entertain AND educate about the science of neuroplasticity, all from a Christian perspective.
In the world of overcoming chronic anxiety, illness, & pain generated by a brain stuck in a state of hypervigilance, the proven success of neuroplastic approaches is moving toward center stage. Commonly referred to as “brain-rewiring,” its practices are built around the burgeoning science of the human brain’s remarkable ability to change, even as we age.
All Faith Squared Music lyrics are written by Alison. The creation and recording processes of the music are a mix of Sid’s composing and arranging talents combined with new AI tools that are revolutionizing their home studio. The sum of that is an innovative mix of inspiration, laughter, and toe-tapping that invites you to heal while you sing along… expanding your empowerment in bringing about your own return to wholeness.
