Music relates to each one of us differently. Each listener creates a different story for every song and every artist pours multiple emotions into a song to convey a story. We want to make music which makes you connect to your true self, and remember the stories you’ve buried deep within yourself.
We are Falaq, a singer songwriter duo based out of New Delhi consisting of vocalist composer Saqib and music producer Ayush.
Our debut release Faasle is a song with a story portraying reminiscence. This melodic house track features various aspects in which a person reminisces their loved ones with whom they have parted ways. Which Saqib’s penmanship containing a mix of Hindi and aesthetic Urdu lyrics, the track instils a story in the listeners mind which makes them look deep within and connect to themselves. To compliment the writing, Ayush’s melodic house composition also provides great character to the track and makes the listener feel the emotions right to their hearts
