Birthed in the city of Washington D.C., where DMV (DC, MD, VA) rapper F.A.M.E. spent part of his childhood before eventually moving to District Heights, Maryland, a bordering neighborhood just outside of DC in Prince George's County. As a true voice for the people; F.A.M.E, which is an acronym for "Finally Achieving My Excellence," is offering a different perspective of life in the DMV as an inspirational hip-hop artist seeking to inspire the world through making powerful music. For as far back as he can recall, F.A.M.E. reflects on music being a profound influence in his life since birth. Fathered and raised by a musician, F.A.M.E. was introduced to music development as a lifestyle, which would eventually develop into an escape, passion and career opportunity. In particular, Hip Hop was the genre he was drawn to, admiring artists like Tupac Shakur, Notorious BIG, Jay-Z, Nas, Kanye West, Common, Scarface, Black Thought, the Clipse, and Lil Wayne just to name a few. His life took a traumatic turn at the age of 17 with the death of his mother. Angry, confused and uncertain of what his future held, F.A.M.E. turned to his music.
He went and wrote his first song over the beat to Beanie Sigel's "Feel It In The Air" and called it "Dear Momma”, later releasing his debut project entitled "2 Busy Dreamin'" in 2012 and has been creating music every since.
