FAMILY OF ADDICTION emerged in 2023 as a fierce and un-compromising voice with their sound firmly rooted in raw emotion and distorted rebellion. At the core of the band are Daz (guitar and vocals) and Dave (drums and backing vocals) and both are known for their relentless energy and visceral performances. Daz’s vocals swing between guttural screams and melodic despair, while Dave’s drumming is a thunderous backbone that drives the band’s sound with relentless energy and rhythmic precision
Drawing inspiration from the likes of Queens of the Stone Age, Nirvana, AC/DC and Black Sabbath, FAMILY OF ADDICTION blend heavily distorted guitars with brutally honest storytelling from past experiences depicted in songs such as Not My Blood
