Faux Nom is a Utrecht-based live-electronic act. By combining beats, keys and guitars, Faux Nom creates a unique crossover between electronic dance music and band music. Thinking as a DJ, playing as a band: digital meets analog, and vice versa. The intensity of their performance and perception of their music work in both intimate and extensive venues.
The list of gigs Faux Nom played in their short history is selective yet impressive: on the 4th of February, they have played Pleinvrees for a fourth time, opening in TivoliVredenburg and being followed by their inspiratory Stephan Bodzin. Earlier this season, September 2016, they released their first EP <a href="spotify:album:6qi2PSejttQBvCsArLoi1E" data-name="Glaciers">Glaciers</a> in a packed club BASIS in Utrecht.
