Faux Plums

Faux Plums is a Canadian indie rock band based in Vancouver, B.C. The band&#39;s songs are written and sung by Patrick Codere. Their music is performed by Codere (guitar, vocals), <a href="spotify:artist:05ambhctJK0e4o4OtxHsTt" data-name="JP Maurice">JP Maurice</a> (guitar, keyboards, vocals), Dicky Neptune (drums), <a href="spotify:artist:0Vc528HfjvGnbPBKstFM7d" data-name="Vinay Lobo">Vinay Lobo</a> (bass guitar) and <a href="spotify:artist:1uZVP5GJFP8Ofyw8JkLbsq" data-name="Roderick Campbell">Roderick Campbell</a> (keyboards). Their sound is a warm and lofi psychedelic indie, with high energy moments of garage rock, and softer elements of shimmery and chorus toned guitar picking. Faux Plums debut album ‘In Tongues’ was released on November 1st, 2019. Their name is simply taken from a sign on a bowl of fake fruit that Codere found in flower shop.
