Nothing beats the feeling of finally hearing the return of one of the most celebrated music duos who mentored P-Square while revolutionising music and dance during their era back in the day. Blue Sky Entertainment is and always has been the main engine behind the brand FBS, even their recent comeback. The company is spearheaded by Malor (son of Alhaji Kpedze), a business maven.
Until their recent comeback at VGMA23 with Mr Drew, they were touring around the globe as ambassadors assigned by the Togo government to champion their native language “Tchamba” by connecting people from the diaspora through music. They command a mammoth crowd in the Francophone countries; Togo and its environs to be precise. Since the music scene is a competitive market locally and internationally, the comeback of FBS is more legacy-focused. They have invented a new sound (genre) called “Afropiano”. They have a lot of projects lined up in their sleeves to entertain every music lover.
Based on their economic value and relevance back then, Somewhere in 2006, FBS and Obuor were the only Ghanaians amongst Ramsey Noah, Genevieve Nnaji, and other international artists to perform at the peace concert organized by the UN in Liberia before the country's landmark elections which brought Africa's first female president in the person of Ellen Johnson Sirleaf into power. Afterwards, there was a press conference to preach peace in Liberia.
