Fernando Quiroga is an Argentine artist and musician based in the United States, known as “The Last Renaissance Man” for merging music, acting, writing, and visual arts into one creative vision. Actor, producer, screenwriter, writer, and editorial journalist, his career spans theater, film, and music. Living in Miami with his partner Yulieth Onofre, he trained with renowned coach Rubén Morales and co-founded the production company Otro Tres with Morales and producer/actress Carolina Spichiger. As an actor, he has played antagonist roles in Telemundo series and independent films.

Since 1990, Fernando has led Denoxer with Diego Duarte Conde and Chuek-Oh, blending 80s techno pop, symphonic rock, and experimental electronic music. In collaboration with 2 Crows, he now releases a synthwave cover of Bryan Ferry’s 1985 classic Slave to Love, celebrating its 40th anniversary.

Recorded between Argentina and Miami, the project features Fernando’s vocals and Diego Temprano Garrido’s guitar, tracked at the prestigious Indiehouse Studio in Coral Gables, thanks to Pablo Cáceres. The single’s artwork—by photographer Lina Rodríguez with actresses Candelaria La Rosa and Evelyn Valdés—reflects its nostalgic yet futuristic sound.

With Slave to Love, Fernando honors the golden age of 80s romance, reimagined through lush synths, cinematic textures, and retro-futuristic atmospheres for fans of synthwave, retrowave, and timeless love songs.
