FERTIKAL

FERTIKAL is an indie rock band from Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Formed on November 19, 2022, the band consists of three members: Yudha (vocals and guitar), Rama (guitar), and Benny (bass). The name "FERTIKAL" is derived from the word "Vertical," symbolizing a direct connection between humans and their God, implying that everything in this world, including the band's formation, happens with divine permission. The initial letter was changed to an "F" for a unique and distinctive touch.

In the same year, FERTIKAL released two albums: "Gama" and the EP "123123." Their debut single, "Tentang Perjalanan," marked their entrance into the music industry. Following this, they released the album "Gama," which featured 10 tracks narrating a young boy's journey in Sanskrit. More broadly, the three members of FERTIKAL are a group of men who have grown up and continue to grow, each with their own life stories, united by their passion for music.

At the end of 2023, FERTIKAL released another project, the mini-album "123123," containing five songs. The title "123123" refers to the last day of 2023 in the American date format, where the month and day are reversed (12-31-2023). FERTIKAL believes that every end is a new beginning, just like turning a page in a book to start a new chapter. They hope that 2024 will be a year filled with positive experiences.

The new single will be released on September 27, 2004. Stay tuned!
