Fiery Breeze

A recording project - running from a home studio in Saltaire/West Yorkshire - rather than a live band, Fiery Breeze (taken from a review of a Galaxie 500 LP) produce a fairly eclectic bunch of songs, ranging from the Americana tinged 'Death of the Silver Jews' (NOT literally about the death of David Berman) to shoegazey 'sky looks hazy' with a nod or two towards Tindersticks, the Byrds, Yo la Tengo, Pixies and others along the way.
LP #1 folklore released in Dec. 2019 (a good 9 months before Taylor Swift stole the title) to warm reviews.
Various singles released since then, compiled on 'Flying Missiles, Atomic Bombs...and the Second Coming of Jesus: Singles 2020-2023' released 2nd December 2024.
6 track mini-album (in the style of Slates, Slags, etc. by The Fall) due for release early 2025, all songs using vocal samples rather than singing.
