The Dutch-speaking Indie pop band Figgie combines a playful character with a distinct artistic vision and do-it-yourself mentality. Inspired by the international indie scene, they played festivals such as Noorderslag, Grasnapolsky, Oerol, resulting in their own club tour. After their debut album 'Genoeg Houvast' was praised in 2019 (best album 3voor12utrecht), the band will release 'Ook Mijn Huis' in 2021. For the recording of this EP, the band went into lockdown in the Grote Zaal of TivoliVredenburg and integrated the historic reverberation of the hall into their music.
