FILIPPO TERNI is an Italian composer and pianist. He was born in Ferrara where he grew up both in a cultural as well as professional and artistic sense. He studied at the "G. Frescobaldi" Conservatory of Ferrara with Rina Cellini, before, and Adriano Cirillo, after. He graduated with top marks and honorable mention. At the same time he graduated in Economics studies from Ferrara University. His artistic activity has always been quite intense. He won two International piano contests in 1998 and 2003, and the "S. Pertini" research grant, in 2006. During his career he has performed several concerts in Italy and abroad, piano duo concerts, and concerts with orchestras all of which have been successful both among the public and the critics. In 2009 and 2010, he played the opening concert for the International Competition "C.A. Seghizzi" (Gorizia) and he played for the "Ravenna Festival" foundation (Ravenna). In 2010, he recorded a piano solo album "Mozart, Schubert, Debussy" for the Montefeltro Music Publishing. In the same year he joined the board of the Association Presidency “C.A. Seghizzi” becoming in 2015 Artistic Director of the audiovisual productions and publishing Record Label Seghizzi "Edis". He’s the author of numerous musical productions edited by Montefeltro M.P., Wait Lab Records and You Da One Deutschland. In 2015 he released his album "Piano Solo" published by You Da One Dutschland.
