Fireball Kid is a forlorn maritime party boy, gone and moved to Montreal. Frequently working with best friend <a href="spotify:artist:1lXryw9WzaLsqt47nvPjAW" data-name="Ura Star">Ura Star</a>, FBK digs his heels into all the joy and heartbreak of partying, the in’s and out’s of falling down drunk on foggy port city hillsides, family curses, and getting lost in one's cups. After leaving Saint John, New Brunswick, the Kid has gone from punk to pop and back again, now sitting in some smoking, synth-laden indie rock woodpile recombining all the pieces. Now standing beyond the gleaming, idealist pop trilogy made up of Emotional Bros Hotline, Gas Station, and Heartracer, he’s heading into more pensive territory, shining a light into the corners of the backyard hangover that follows the neverending kitchen party.
