Raised by 1st generation Nigerian tribal African parents, a father who kept samurai swords in the basement and was highly trained in martial arts, she ran away from home and found herself to the streets of San Francisco through the Grateful Dead family, hippy counter culture, sharing tabs of LSD to open the mind of strangers. Self taught on multiple instruments, playing mandolin til the sun rose and her fingers bled. Traveling through the Desert to Venice, CA in a 1973 surf green VW bus and falling in love with Venice skatepark. Becoming a local celebrity and building her home.
