Hailing from Paris, Flashboy has dedicated his life to bridging the gap between funk and modern house and techno.
As a teenage aspiring musician, he was fond of Motown-infused grooves and couldn’t help but spend sleepless nights in search of the perfect guitar and bass riff. Eventually, in a midsummer night’s dream, he witnessed Prince jamming with Jeff Mills : this Telecaster-TR909 duet blew his mind away.
This was the turning point of his project, and Flashboy was born.
As a producer, DJ & live performer, he shakes the crowds spinning energetic records he loves, playing fierce guitar licks and messing with vintage hardware.
