“Jo Wiley (BBC Radio 2) - “much promise me thinks...”
Fresh off the back of their previous release, Bowie-esque ballad ‘Champagne on Mars’, Flashfires return with their trademark guitar-led sound in the form of catchy rock banger ‘Cézanne’. It’s with little surprise that the London-based four piece have enjoyed huge radio success with their first two singles; support from BBC Introducing, Kerrang and SIRIUS XM a testament to the quality of their songwriting. Their latest offering begins with a dark, moody verse before exploding into the kind of energetic chorus for which the band have become celebrated.
