Flawed Cartel is a Hip-Hop duo out of Polk County, FL, that consists of Still Dilla (A.K.A Still Diligent) and Modest. A group made up of two individuals who recognize that they are FLAWED by Nature, but FORGIVEN by Grace. Flawed Cartel's goal is to shed light on real life issues through their music by letting the world know that although we are Flawed people living in a Flawed society, there is hope, and in that hope is where all the answers are found.
