João Martins aka Flextool was born October 10, 1990, at a small city in the north of Portugal called Chaves. From an early age, music got into his world and he started to listen to electronic sounds, leading his taste into psychedelic trance music.
Since he started living in Porto, he started to go to some party's more often, got more involved and got much more interested in music.
First he started mixing some tracks in softwares like Traktor, Virtual dj, Future decks, etc., but then he discovered Nuendo 3 software and improved his skills, creating this progressive psytrance project. Nowadays he works with Logic pro.
In his projects you can listen to many types of influences like groovy percussion, agressive basslines and psychedelic leads.
