Once described as “Kate Bush’s gothic darkness brought to the edge of oblivion”, the enigmatic New Yorker Heather Elle (they/she/he) has been nothing but bold, mischievous, and confessional since starting the project FLOSSING in 2020. After self-producing two EP’s in their home studio, Heather came out as queer with their most popular song-to-date, “Men on the Menu”, a playfully scathing critique of the men and misogyny in the city's hetero post-punk and dating scenes they intentionally left during COVID-19 lockdown.

Additionally, they covered Ministry's 1983 anthem "I'm Not An Effigy" with experimental blues punk songwriter Shilpa Ray and created electronic industrial remixes for CLT DRP, Cuneiform, and Treeboy & Arc, hinting at the sound of the next material. New music coming soon.
