The face of 'Fond of Felix', a young female singer and songwriter, stumbled across her passion for music whilst pursuing competitive surfing. Originally from Sydney, Australia, but now based on the Gold Coast, Lara writes indie electronic dance music and dabbles in production. She collaborates with other writers and producers to create a unique sound with her earthy voice and catchy ideas. Lara is also currently building her respect as a house and techno DJ under the name 'Felix.' and she plans to release some tracks under this alias shortly.
Fond of Felix emerged into the scene in mid 2019 with two successful singles, Temptation and Can't Get Thru. They gained early success with their first single 'Temptation' reaching over 170k streams. Since then two more singles have been released so far in 2020, Golden in Jan and Closure in March.
With a large collection of tracks in the bank, new material will continue to roll out over 2020. Get ready to be 'fond of' something new.
