One of the unique points about The Fondue Cowboys project is that every song is designed to be a 5-6min standalone song/micro-episode that link together to form a 26 part continual story series. I was intended for the gaps on cable TV (a broadcast TV show is typically 42min to allow for adverts)
The story: A young James Patrick (the owner) Reluctantly brought the building on the advice of his over bearing father as an investment over 30 years ago, ant it turned out to be one of the few things he has got right in his life.
PS: The building was ironically call the Manhattan Apartments when it was built but the “n” fell off in 1968 and now two coats of paint and many years later it just seems that’s the way it’s always been (as far as anyone can remember).
Let me run you through the first episode
Ep.1 Mr Happy Flat 2B, Friday 4;30am, just before day break fade in find Mario asleep, the alarm rings we follow him as he struggles to begin his day, and travel to work. During the drive he expresses how unhappy in his job, and how the most productive part of his day is spent plotting of practical jokes as revenge against his employer and other staff, that is if he’s not drinking in the storeroom or sleeping, the episode closes with Mario driving out of the car park heading home.Check our website or facebook for more
