Gergő Gyula, aka FONOGERI, emerged in 2006 with "Marbles," an experimental electro album blending chillout, triphop, and ambient. Cökxpôn Ambient Society discovered him, leading to Tilos Radio airplay.

In 2007, he played a two-hour set at EFOTT. 2009 marked his collaboration with Jamendo on "Letters From Home," gaining global recognition.

2010 brought "Esti Mese" and "Roughneck Selection," creating a dreamlike narrative. He performed live at the Sziget Chill Garden.

"Golden Age" in 2011 paid tribute to a pivotal phase. "Dark&Noisy" (2013) explored slower electronica with dark tones.

2014 saw his solo return to Sziget Festival with "Forgotten Shades." "Seven Pearls" (2015) featured dance, house, and new disco, known for its upbeat mood.

In 2016, "Shiny Winds" returned to downtempo with a sunny vibe. "'56," a mini album, was also released.

With Zsolt Balázs, he created "Csendsóhaj," a photo tour. 2017 brought a 2-hour live mix at the Campus Festival.

"Into The Labyrinth" (2018) featured 19 cinematic, trippy tracks. In 2020, "Cutoff" explored '90s techno with deep house.

"Paper Planes" (2021) had 22 genre-spanning tracks, even featuring a poem by János Pilinszky.

FONOGERI's genre-fluid music transcends boundaries, captivating diverse electro styles. As a self-taught artist, he explores musical realms, gaining global popularity with impressive streams and downloads.
