Foynes makes experimental, electronic pop that will be sure to get your head nodding. Heavily influenced by fellow Aussie counterpart Flume it’s difficult to slot his music into any particular genre. Armed with only Ableton and a couple of synth plugins, each track to come from Foynes in 2021 is distinct from the last with no two sounding alike.
After taking some time off from music, 2020 saw Foynes’ plans to stop releasing music change and he’s created some of his best and most unique sounds to date.
With over 160k plays on his last release, Hội An, thanks to being added to Today’s Chill playlist on Apple Music, over 100k plays on a Beni / Antony & Cleopatra remix on Soundcloud and a handful of plays on Triple J national radio, Foynes is hoping to reach some new heights in 2021.
