Frank "Franc Grams" Colmenares (born March 10th, 1990) is a hip hop artist quickly emerging out of CT. No freshman to the underground scene, Franc boasts an impressive resume. Best known in Connecticut for founding an award winning annual talent showcase for the youth in home state, Franc Grams can also add being named one of Connecticut top 40 under 40 award recipients to his resume, for his community service.

By age 13 Franc began creating a selfless impact, as a co -founder of a nonprofit program for at risk students who are offered the arts as a preventive mechanism.
