Francesco Bongiorno

Francesco is a pianist, drummer, composer, and music producer. He studied classical piano for ten years at the "V. Bellini" Conservatory in Palermo and, from a young age, participated in national piano competitions, winning all of them and receiving significant recognition.

In 2011, he graduated from the Conservatory of Amsterdam, specializing in drums and piano. As a composer, he created soundtracks for Le Stelle non hanno Padroni (2018) and Famosa (2019). In 2024, the song Keep Moving by Levi Silvanie, entirely produced by Francesco, received prestigious awards for "Best Song" at the New York International Film Festival, the IndieX Film Fest in Los Angeles, and the World Film Festival in Cannes.

He is currently focused on his solo piano project, with his album Talking Paintings set to be released in March. He also collaborates with the collective Forest Friend, composing ambient tracks using piano, synthesizers, and sound effects.

Throughout his career, Francesco has performed at renowned international venues, including the Caribbean Sea Jazz Festival, the International Oud Festival, and the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. Since 2016, he has been producing electronic music under the pseudonym Loose Keys, releasing tracks with leading labels such as Warner Music and Revealed Radar.
