Francesco Passantino is a DJ, producer, and sound engineer born in Carrara, active in the electronic music scene since the ‘90s. He started as a DJ in Italian clubs and released successful vinyl records with Davide Cali. In 1999, he founded Air Kraft Vision, bringing his techno-trance sound to top Italian clubs like Cocoricò and Red Zone.
In 2012, he moved to Berlin, where he played at iconic venues such as Club der Visionäre, Hoppetosse, and ://about Blank. He co-founded the labels Round Qube Music and Tractorecords, collaborating with artists like Steve Stoll and Kollektiv Turmstrasse. In 2016, he established Berliner Vinylwerk, a studio dedicated to vinyl and music production.
Today, Francesco is active with the live project Resilience Groove and collaborates with fcpro.Audio on the development of the Mixthesizer, an innovative analog mixer for live performances. His DJ sets explore techno, house, and minimal, with a strong ‘90s influence.
