Freeze the Fall is a rising rock trio from Kelowna, BC, known for their explosive riffs, emotional depth, and melodic intensity. Formed in 2022 by high school friends Quinn Mitzel (vocals/guitar), Aria Becker (bass/vocals), and Jonah Goncalves (drums), the band channels influences like Spiritbox and Paramore to explore themes of identity, isolation, and resilience.
Their debut EP Thrones earned national attention and two hometown People's Choice Awards. Follow-up singles like VHS, Aurora, and Oubliette cemented their reputation for pushing sonic and emotional boundaries.
