TL (Troy Lampkins) brings groove to the booth. As bassist, producer, dj, he is known as a "groove king" blending his love for Chicago House, Deep House, Jazz and Electronic Music for raw club energy. From his musical roots from Philadelphia and Oakland his sound is soulful, hypnotic, and built for the dancefloor.
With decades of experience in the studio and on stage, TL has recorded, performed, or produced alongside some of the most iconic names in the music industry. His credits include collaborations with legends such as George Duke, Earl Klugh, Santana, Narada Michael Walden, Dionne Warwick, Sting, Regina Belle, Angela Bofill, Michael Franti, Shanice Wilson and Ledisi to name just a few.
His versatility as both a performer and producer has allowed him to move seamlessly between genres while always maintaining his signature sound rich, soulful, and unmistakably authentic.
