Friday Wolf, born Vanet Friday, is an uptown Afropop/R&B singer, businesswoman, and a songwriter who, over the past years, has become a promising industry name with so much to offer.
Born in Mathare Kenya , Fridaywolf started her music career at an early age of 6 and ventured more into local music composition in the choir where she was approved by the late Catholic priest Mario to join the choir and this is where her love for music started which led to the best creation of fridaywolf.
After finishing her high school, she had the time to balance her music career and schooling as a whole and hit the studio to record her first single Still Its you in 2017, followed by Wine which was released in 2018.
She released the songs as promo projects, each because she wanted to gain a fanbase.
In 2020 she teamed up with Kelechi Africana and released a song dubbed "Okay" that is after taking a short break from the industry in 2019. During this time, she was learning more about the industry and in 2022 she released her debut single You. In 2023 she released her debut single Energy
Her music surrounds different life stories, from love, partying and general hype. Friday Wolf is a force to reckon with in the current music industry, not only in Kenya, East Africa or Africa but the whole world
