Formed over a decade (2004) in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Furia V8 has persistently delivered spotless, noisy and violent thrash-metal in its purest form without any signs of slowing down. Savage riffage, brute vocals, turbulent drumming, feroucious bass and ruthless guitar solos result in a band with extreme energy when on stage, always with the objective of getting the crowd to thrash and to mosh.
Influenced by the canonical bands of the roots of thrash, like Sepultura, Exodus, Slayer, Testament and Annihilator, with a little spoon of death metal geniuses like Chuck Schuldiner from Death, the band has played as support acts for various Brazilian bands, like Matanza, Claustrofobia, Andralls, Korzus and also international monsters like Death Angel, Municipal Waste and Master.
In 2010, the 'Violent Music' EP was released, bringing a little taste of what would come next: "Burn After Listening", the band's first full-length album, containing 10 tracks of pitless, vicious Thrash Metal, ready to blow your ears off.
