Fym Summer is a Singaporean singer-songwriter. Her music is notable for her dreamy vocals and rueful lyrics.

In 2015, music critics and judges from Noise Singapore by the National Arts Council have described her as a natural and masterful singer-songwriter; her songs warm and emotionally intriguing, comparable to great works of <a href="spotify:artist:3g2kUQ6tHLLbmkV7T4GPtL" data-name="Fiona Apple">Fiona Apple</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:4v1YZL83eLyemlt32wWAoA" data-name="Keren Ann">Keren Ann</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:5hW4L92KnC6dX9t7tYM4Ve" data-name="Joni Mitchell">Joni Mitchell</a>.
Fym Summer performed some of her key shows singing her songs “This Girl” from her sophomore EP, Luna and “Wolf” from her debut EP, Heart. She also sang “Truth” , a single release for the UN Women's 16 Days of Activism campaign and at the Royal Academy of Music in London in 2016.
In 2018, Fym Summer is the sole music artist from Singapore to have been invited to perform at the world renowned Canadian Music Week (CMW) in Toronto and South By Southwest (SXSW) Music Festival in Austin, Texas that year, which attracted media attention and acclaim.
Fym Summer later released the anthemic single titled “The Lone Star State” and her whimsical third EP Cats, in 2019.
Being a strong advocate for mental health awareness, Fym Summer has also performed her songs “Be” and “Spark”, and became the ambassador of Singapore’s National Council of Social Services and their Beyond The Label movement.
In 2023, Fym Summer released her fourth EP, dear father, digitally and in vinyl. She described this music record as a loving memory and tribute to her late father.
