G S Creigh is a singer song-writer and multi-instrumentalist from Oxford, in the UK. He’s the lead vocalist and guitarist from indie rock band <a href="spotify:artist:2o8sl7pAVhvN6Kz81t4eDq" data-name="The Ideas">The Ideas</a> and one half of <a href="spotify:artist:5jdO2SYkJUoZ2DYgx7fDwp" data-name="The Scarlet Chevrons">The Scarlet Chevrons</a>.
His debut solo album 'Dreams of War and Home' (out October 2022) featured musicians from across the globe – from Brazil to Ukraine, from Afghanistan to Russia. The premise of the album was that no two musicians would hear what the other was playing, leading to a surprising and eclectic audio experience.
Christmas 2022 saw the release of his cover of the much loved Smith’s song ‘Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I Want’.
April 2023 will see the release of ‘We Love The Life’ an indie dance song featuring London Grime artist MagnumOneFive. In addition to a polar opposite release coming out on the same day entitled ’Kiss of Life’. This comes after a short break which was taken for mixing music for like-minded artists.
G S Creigh is currently working on his second studio album — due for release summer 2023 — as well as working on a selection of collaboration projects.
