G2G is a hip hop group from Austin,Texas ,formed in 2012 by Michael”Mike C Da Champ” Caro & Jeramy”Tip Toe”Moore.
G2G which is an abbreviation for “Gangstas 2 Gentlemen”,tells a story of two young men growing up in a southern world
full of joy ,pain,wins and losses. Although growing up in completely different cities music brought them together,
Mike C ,from Del Valle a small country town just outside of Austin,Texas,& Tip Toe,from Brenham,Texas a city about
an hour away from Austin. . They both had a great individual run,Mike C was signed to Universal Records UK & Top Dollar Records.
While signed with the labels Mike C worked with a vast amount of artists from the South and the West Coast. Under the
management of Bruce Hawes & Carlos Hernandez ,Mike C became a soulful southern story teller. Tip Toe was signed to
Trixone Records after freestyling for the CEO Clay after a show.He dropped his first album shortly after titled
“Wise Guy” and performed several shows during that time. Tip Toe continued his career independently,
featuring on numerous mixtapes with Screwed Up Records & Tosin.

In 2011 through mutual friends Mike C & Tip Toe joined a group called U.S Gang ,also known as Underground Soldiers. They still had
not work together(Mike C & Tip Toe),but were both featured on The U.S Gang’s Album titled U.S. In 2012 the southern super group
disband,leaving each member going their separate ways. Mike C continued to run his own label he formed in early 2000’s ,Mash
Entertainment. Tip Toe also created his own record label & publishing company as well,Bangnation. Both continued to work and
perfect their art. Early 2013 Mike C & Tip Toe’s path would finally cross again.This would lead to the merge of Mash Ent, and
Bangnation to form Mash Maab,who’s motto is “Family First”. They would release their first project titled “Open For Business”,
featuring past members of Mash Maab. Not Long after the smoke cleared stood Mike C and Tip Toe forming what we know them as
G2G. Upon the arrival of G2G Mike C and Tip Toe mapped out an extraordinary plan,to make the world soulful once again.
Strongly influenced by groups like Outkast,UGK, and Eightball & MJG. G2G strive to make timeless music just as their hip hop forefathers.
Over the years G2G has released a substantial amount of music,whether its mixtapes like “Guns & Butter,Ugly,Kingz Of The Corner Pt1 & Pt2
just to name a few” or albums such as A.B.A,Music Money,Bacc 2 Da Basics & #WeGotThatWork,Mike C & Tip Toe still spread that
soulful southern story telling style of hip hop
