GAAFARA

It was in 2014 that Aden and Waalé, two young Beninese artists, met at university and discovered a common passion for music; a passion that quickly materialised by several songs recorded at Black legion studio of the beat maker and engineer of sound Rauny beatz...

In 2018 they participated in the mixtape "PARALLELE" by the producer C.O.C Music;mixtape which is experiencing a success of esteem that encourages them to continue on this momentum... In order to have a unique identity to facilitate their identification they decide to merge and change their name.
Aden and Waalé therefore become GAAFARA and release in March 2021 their first album entitled ODIUM; album well received by critics and whose extracts Gaafara; 2021 remix; Kingo Kingo; life to name a few will quickly stand out.

After about three years of absence, they return on September 14, 2024 with the video of the song UZUI TENGEN followed a few weeks later by the song RED ROCK and announce on this occasion the release of their second album OLOUSHEGUN released on October 26, 2024.
