Gab, The Sandbox

Growing up in Germany, Gab always had an artistic side. Whether it was drawing, experimenting with graphic design or making music, he always sought out ways to express his creativity. Over time these hobbies became passions. These passions developed into who Gab is today, an artist whose potential and ambition are limitless. No stranger to adversity, Gab has overcome a lot in life to get to the point where he is now. Thanks to the challenges he faced, Gab’s drive to create has helped him carve out his own sound.


Coming out of New York City, Gab’s artistry is just beginning to flower. His music can be narrowly defined as alternative hip-hop, however it’s much more than that. It is a multitude of influences and ideas compiled into his own distinct sound. In Gab’s own words, “I play more so into the feeling you get from music, I make sure that there is always a certain feeling throughout my beats, vocals, and mix to give the listener an experience they always want to come back to. I try to showcase my own life and the things I feel. In my music I try to be as vulnerable as possible whilst showing there is always a brighter side to life”.


The future for Gab looks bright. His will to create multidimensional music and unfaltering desire to share that art with the world can only grow.
