A native of Solon, NY, Gabriel Mika Cummins has been immersed in the music industry since the age of 13. An honors graduate of Berklee College of Music (B.F.A. in Performance/Business) and NYU (M.A. in Composition/Performance), Gabe began performing in NYC upon his arrival and has since been seen on stage regularly at Highline Ballroom, Rockwood Music Hall, The Blue Note, BAM and Lincoln Center. He writes in a distinct style having produced records for Stacie Orrico, Tamika Lawrence, Brian Ripps and his own instrumental project El Sea Three. His debut single “Buttons” was produced by Gabe along with Gian Stone. The song was written with frequent collaborator Ripps and Ben Samana and features Gabe playing all instruments along with his lush vocals on the track.
