They said it themselves in our interview, and they were right. The latest GPB album, Northern Lights, features a nice range of sounds while keeping the upbeat tempo we’ve seen before. The lyrics are infectious, easy to pick up with a layer of depth that keeps them relatable. These are well written songs that play well. The music is polished by Producer Dave Slote, and as with Magnus Rising, his presence is felt in the music.
